Because our inventory changes weekly, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the plants you want will be in stock. To see if we have what you’re looking for, please fill out our order request form or give us a call. To use the request form, please type out your contact information and the plants/landscape services you want, and we’ll reach out to confirm your order.
Information on Ordering
Step One: Give us a call, or fill out the order request form above. Once we recieve your request, we will reach out to let you know if your plants are in stock & what time you can pick them up.
Step Two: Swing by the garden center to pay & pick them up.
Step Three: Take them home and enhance your space!
We happily offer senior and military discounts. We also offer discounts to Franklin Park Conservatory members and members of Community Backyards Program.
Discounts are as follows:
Senior discount- 10% on Tuesdays
Military discount- 10%
Franklin Park Conservatory members discount- 10%
We are participants in the Community Backyards Program, where members receive a $50 Rebate on eligible purchases. (for more information on how this program works, click here.)

We work very hard to provide our customers with quality plants and the best information on how to care for them. However, if a plant should die, we offer a one time replacement warranty on trees, shrubs, and perennials labeled for hardiness zones 1-5. You may choose the same plant of another of equal or lesser value to your original purchase as your replacement.
The warranty period on trees and shrubs: One year from date of purchase.
Perennials, roses, garden mums, and water plants are warranted through Oct. 15th of the current growing season only.
Receipt and dead plant must be presented in order to obtain a replacement. In the event that a replacement cannot be found, you will be issued a store credit for the original purchase price, but no refunds will be given. There is no warranty on replacement plants.
Due to the demanding nature of annuals, vegetable plants, and poinsettias, we do not offer any warranty for these products.
Trees, shrubs, and perennial plants may be returned within 5 days of purchase for full refund. Plants must be in excellent health with no sign of stress (i.e. brown or wilted leaves, broken branches, etc.). Determination of plants health at time of return is fully subjective to Fisher’s Gardens, and they reserve full rights to make sole determination of plant’s health.
Receipt must be presented at time of return to receive refund or store credit. No refunds or credits will be given without valid receipt.
No returns are accepted on annuals, vegetable plants, or poinsettias.
HARD GOODS & GARDEN SUPPLIES-
Any warranting to non-living products is provided to you by the manufacturer. We will assist you in resolving problems that you may encounter with a product, within the bounds of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Non-living items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Beyond 14 days, we will issue a store credit. We do not accept returns on any item after 30 days. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. Checks will be issued after your check has cleared our bank (usually no more than 15 days). Original receipt must be presented to receive refund or store credit. No refunds or credits will be given without a valid receipt.
We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards.
